WHO'S IT FOR?

All athletes and individuals who desire to reach their full potential to enhance their performance in any sports that require high load of force, speed, power, strength and flexibility such as football, volleyball, Hockey, baseball, basketball, and track and field, have all been suggested to benefit from the use of Olympic Weightlifting because of their biomechanical characteristics of high force and power output.

Any individual willing to improve their athletic gene and performance in either speed, power, or strength would greatly benefit from a well guided program.

Your coach will break down your goal into smaller attainable results, to ensure consistent, and life-changing results.

  • A bespoke Training Program, designed around your aims and limitation in mobility, to ensure every session you complete is bringing you closer to your goals (all delivered with an easy-to-use app)

  • Exclusive access to our online platform that gives you all the additional tools you need to win at life and at the gym from recipe books, to follow along mobility and yoga video and nutrition coaching modules to accelerate your results even further; we’ve got your back every step of the way

  • Weekly check-ins and program adjustments from your coach so you never get stuck in a plateau again.
